Faith Formation Registration 2024-2025

The Faith Formation program of St. Isaac Jogues educates and forms our community of God’s Holy People. We evoke the call to holiness begun in Baptism, and invite all to embrace the spirit of stewardship. We commit our efforts to nurturing the knowledge, faith, prayer and Christian lives of our parishioners of all ages. We lead the community to participate in the sacraments of the Church, proclamation of the Gospel and the service to others. Our program utilizes a whole community catechesis model that is offered in the context of faith formation, service, hospitality and prayer: the Four Pillars of Stewardship.

Pre-k In person:

Kinder-8th grade In person:
- In person: Sunday’s 4pm – 5:30pm
- In person: Sunday’s 1st grade class 4pm – 5:30pm
- In person: Sunday’s 2nd grade class 4pm – 5:30pm

Statement of General Expectations for parents and children attending the Faith Formation Program.(Required)

We agree with the Faith Formation Program expectation that each family become actively involved in the Faith Formation Program and in the life of the Parish in order to model a living, conscious, and active Christian faith and to reinforce the values and attitudes for living our faith. This includes weekly Holy Mass attendance, weekly envelope use, daily prayer, and Scripture reading. We also agree to act in accordance with these values and attitudes.

Agreement to the Faith Formation Program Attendance requirements.(Required)

Since it is the policy of the Faith Formation Program at St. Isaac Jogues not to allow “drop-offs”, I agree to accompany my child(ren) to every session during the year and to attend and actively participate in the adult faith formation and family sessions. I agree to inform the Faith Formation office in advance if my child(ren) and I won’t be able to attend scheduled lessons.

Agreement to Provide Relevant Documents(Required)

I agree that in order for this registration to be considered, I must submit the necessary documents for each child registered: Baptismal certificate for each child.

Agreement to the Fees(Required)

I understand and agree that in order to provide the necessary material to children and parents for the program, parents must contribute for the formation of their children according to the following schedule: One Student per family $90.00; Two Students per family $130.00; Three or more Students per family $150.00. Additional fees for sacramental preparation are stipulated in the registration form for those sacraments. *** No refunds on registrations after October 1, 2024.

Yes, I DO authorize the Faith Formation department of St. Isaac Jogues Parish, in Orlando, FL to take photos, videos or any type of recording of my child to be used in the Parish Bulletin, Parish Website, or any other parish form. I waive from any claims, and release all the staff members, volunteers of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Orlando, FL, and/or the Diocese of Orlando, whether former, future, or current, from any and all claims, actions, cause of actions, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, or/and damages.
