FIRST HOLY COMMUNION PREPARATION PROGRAM

The schedule for First Holy Communion is as follows:

First Communion Orientation

• Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

1^st Session: “We gather around the Table of the Lord”

• Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

2^nd Session: “We listen to the Word of God”

• Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

3^rd Session: “We give thanks in the Eucharist”

• Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

4^th Session: “We receive the Body and Blood of Christ in Holy Communion”

• Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Retreat for 2nd and 3rd graders and their parents. The Confirmandi will help in this retreat.

Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Retreat for older children: 4th-12th graders and their parents. The Confirmandi will help.

Rehearsals for the First Communion Services will be on Thursday, April 18th at 6:30 p.m. for the 9:00 Mass in English and on Friday, April 19th at 6:30 p.m. for the 11:30 Mass in Spanish.

We will celebrate First Communion at a special 9:00 a.m. Mass in English and at an 11:30 a.m. Mass in Spanish on Saturday, April 27th.

CERTIFICATES WILL BE GIVEN AFTER EACH MASS
